In January 2017, AT Medics were commissioned to provide services at Falmouth Road Practice under caretaking arrangements when the practice was placed in special measures by the CQC.

Over the past 18 months, Falmouth Road Practice has been transformed. It is now rated ‘Good’ by the CQC in all domains. We have also recruited a stable clinical team of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Prescribing Pharmacists, as well as improving clinical outcomes for all patients, particularly those who are diabetic and have hypertension.

You were advised by Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) in January 2018 that our caretaking arrangements were due to come to an end at Falmouth Road Practice on 30 September 2018.

We are pleased to confirm that, from 1 October 2018, AT Medics will continue to provide GP services to the patients registered with Falmouth Road Practice. A patient meeting has been arranged at the practice on 18 October 2018.
