Improving Healthcare. Improving Lives.

AT Medics is London’s largest Primary Care provider, and we deliver NHS Primary Care Services to over 390,000 patients across 49 locations in 19 London regions. We manage GP Surgeries, GP Hubs and Extended Access Primary Care services.

Since 2004, we have maintained a reputation for clinical quality improvement, operational and digital innovation, and high quality medical education.

Our proven track record in clinical turnaround, stabilisation and sustained general management of General Practice has enabled us to continue to grow our footprint as a trusted NHS provider, and we deliver consultancy services to a range of healthcare providers both domestically and internationally.

Some of our work has included working in some of the most deprived areas in London and increasing access and provision successfully. We have also worked in difficult poorly performing practices and have rapidly improved performance and efficiency, providing bespoke solutions for our Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Primary Care experts | Committed to high standards

Our commitment to high standards is validated by strict regulation. The Care Quality Commission has rated four AT Medics practices as “Outstanding”, the highest rating that only 16 practices across London have achieved, and our remaining practices are rated “Good”.

We have also achieve the prestigious Royal College of General Practitioners “Quality Practice Award” – the highest award in UK General Practice, and we are also Investors in People Silver accredited.

Our Services

Clinical Quality Improvement

Our ethos is underpinned by a commitment to continuous quality improvement. We embody methodologies such as LEAN and the NHS Change Model for increasing efficiency and reducing clinical risks associated with unnecessary steps.

We also implement governance assurance systems with a focus on quality and safety, and we monitor patient experience closely in order to ensure we are truly meeting the needs of our patients.

Our team has more than a decade of success in entering new healthcare settings and integrating with the existing health and social care, and voluntary sector providers.

Operational & Digital Innovation

Together with high achievement against national and local key performance targets, we are continuously developing our enhanced framework of Primary Care targets as part of our commitment to operational excellence.

Combined with our digital innovations such as our Business Intelligence Solution to support decision making, our operational model is proven to work efficiently at scale across a wide variety of healthcare settings.

Our expertise in developing digital solutions for Primary Care has resulted in the national procurement of AT Medics solutions and NHS England case studies.
